Our Story

Our team came together as four college students who have felt the full forces of stress, social pressure, and fatigue.
We noticed a lack of easily accessible resources and advice for students to proactively maintain their own mental hygiene.
Our goal is to provide others with a single platform to learn more about self-development and stress management, especially in a college setting. 
Consequently, we want people to find practical advice in our content and actionize it effectively.
